Reviewer Guidelines

Peer Review Principles

Peer review is the cornerstone of our journal's quality and integrity. We rely on expert reviewers to evaluate submissions based on academic merit, originality, and relevance to the field.

Competing Interests

Reviewers must disclose any competing interests that may affect their impartiality. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Personal or professional relationships with the author(s)
  • Financial interests related to the research
  • Recent or ongoing collaborations
  • Any situation that may be perceived as a conflict of interest

If such interests exist, reviewers should notify the editor immediately and decline the review if necessary.

Review Modes

  • Double-blind: Reviewer and author identities are hidden.
  • Single-blind: Reviewer is anonymous, but the author is known.
  • Open: Both identities are disclosed.

Timelines

  • Response Deadline: 4 weeks to accept/decline the invitation.
  • Review Completion: 4 weeks after acceptance.

Reviewer Responsibilities

  • Maintain confidentiality throughout the process.
  • Provide objective, constructive, and detailed feedback.
  • Respect deadlines and inform editors of any delays.
  • Declare conflicts of interest promptly.

Editorial Notes (Internal)

Editors may record internal notes about reviewer performance to guide future assignments. These notes are confidential and visible only to the editorial team.
